Portland Direct accept most debit and credit cards.
Your money is safe! We use the internationally accepted security system called SSL to encrypt all credit card payments over the web. If your browser does not support SSL, you will receive instant notification of this. There will be a 2.5% credit card surcharge on payments by Visa and Mastercard. No charge is made for payment by cheque, Delta, Visa Debit or Maestro. |
| A4 | On-line availability searches are always based on real-time availability and prices. The Search Results screen will always return the latest holidays available from our reservation system. However, there are a couple of issues to bear in mind. Firstly, since many customers may be searching at the same time, it is possible that a holiday that you see displayed on the Search Results screen may no longer be available if you click to cost and book. Secondly, it is possible that prices could be changed whilst you are searching. However, the price displayed on the Final Cost screen will always be the one you pay. |
| A5 | You are free to search and cost as many holidays as you like. You are only committed to buying a holiday once you have input and confirmed your payment details. |
| A6 | As yet, this website cannot be used to view, change or cancel booking that have already been made. However, if you have booked a holiday to the Balearics with Portland we have created a unique website that is personal to your holiday. Just click here to access your personal website and use the unique password and login as indicated on your holiday invoice. Otherwise, please call our After Sales Team on 0844 871 0873. Calls cost 5p per minute at all times from BT landlines, other operator networks may vary. Amendment or cancellation charges which may be incurred will be as stated in Our Agreement. |
| A7 | Once your on-line booking has been completed, we will send (to the UK address that you provide) a Holiday Invoice confirming all details of the holiday you have booked and the amount of deposit you have paid. It is important that you check this invoice carefully. If you have taken advantage of a low deposit offer, we will send you a reminder when the balance of the deposit is due. Your flight tickets will be sent approximately four weeks before departure. You will also receive your Portland Holiday Guide full of useful information. |
